Kotlin and React Native. You will work on the parts that have to survive a locked phone, a dead network and a 3% battery: foreground services, on-device audio, background location.

A paid work trial
A small real problem, scoped to a few days, paid. Whiteboard puzzles tell us nothing about how you work.
Campus Ambassadors skip steps 3 and 4. You apply, we read it, and if it is a fit we send you everything you need to start. No interview, no work trial, and you can be running your first session inside a week.

Six things we can promise today. We are a two person company, so this list is short on purpose: everything on it is already true, and nothing on it is a plan.
An answer inside a week
A person reads every application, and you hear back either way. Silence is not an answer we give.
No whiteboard puzzles
You will never be asked to invert a tree on a wall. We look at work you have done and work you do here.
A real equity conversation
We are early enough that this is a conversation and not a form. It happens with the people who stay.
Your work ships
There is no queue between you and the app. What you build this month is on a phone the month after.
The number comes first
We tell you what we can and cannot pay before you get invested, not after. It does not yet compete with a funded startup.
The honest part
We are early and bootstrapped. That means ownership, a founding-team title, real work in front of real users, and equity conversations for the people who stay. It does not yet mean a salary that competes with a funded startup, and we are not going to pretend otherwise on a page about honesty.
If you want a comfortable role, this is not it. If you want your work to be the reason someone got home, it is rare that you get to choose that.
